I think he was just being sensitive since he has no sexual experience yet. As much as he hates it, his body still responds. This is what I thought back then.

Because he wants to end things with him once and for all? And remember when he comforts him when he realized he actually like him too in the past but can't accept himself? He knew he was not that bad or something. I guess.
I really liked the story but i dont get why in chapter 11 Misaki was blushing when he was assaulted by mr.asshole glasses ??? I dunno, I feel like he let him do whatever he wanted, I mean why going with him in the first place?? It wasn't the first time.
