The scar thing is a translation goof. In Japanese it says "kininaru?" meaning "Is it on your mind?" or "Are you bothered by it?", but in this case I'd say a better translation would be "Are you curious?" (With Haru going "a little" and then thought bubble: 'actually I'm really curious').
