First theorie If Eren saw the future it MAY mean that he's not the last owner of the attack titan As I said maybe not sure It's a theory !! And if It's the case It's kinda abvious that Falco's the next owner since he's the flying one Flying symbolise freedom, toward what Eren and the attack titan aim survey corp's logo is the wing of freedom
Second theorie If Eren's indeed the last owner of the Attack titan maybe his adult self in the future contacted his younger self before the fall of wall Maria This may have something to do with why there was the younger Eren with Ymir in the patj chap 133 page 23 and how baby Eren was staring to Eren and Zeke in chap 120 page 40
The only thing I still can't understand is how Grisha saw and talked to Zeke in chap 121
