I feel ya bruh, I know what's gonna happen but I still legit cried, this is why many people hate Gabi from the beginning cuz they know some shit, but I forgave her already she's an ok character for me now but revisiting this scene and some made it came back, I mean I understand both sides but ya can't blame me for still taking some sides and being bias, she was my favorite character next to Hange. This is one of the episode I was dreading and after this it'll just slowly go downhill. Honestly, this is a much more merciful to go out, instead of being crushed or eaten by titan's, at least she's out of this cruel world nowTT___TT but this shit still hurt as hell. And Sasha didn't kill Gabi when she killed those 2 guards so it came back and bit her in the ass. In this world you can't really leave anyone alive if you don't want them to come back for revenge-- Eren. I also read a comment from other peps, on how Isayama made this move symbolizing that from this point on there won't be anymore joking around. If it makes you feel any better, her death wasn’t pointless. Her arc was over there was no more character development to be had. She had her moment in s3 when she fought the titan. Her death makes way for some serious character development for Gabi and Connie also. It’ll make sense soon. Her dying is nothing compared to what is coming so prepare yourself lol
it also makes you feel any better at least she didn't have to go through everything that happened after they went back to paradis. i am quite relieved that she didn't have to suffer being forced to live through that hell hole because it is a nightmare. the same thing applies to erwin; the reason why levi chose armin over him. life is a gift but at this point of the story, it's become more of a burden to have.
Agreed. I cried when Erwin died but then I remembered that he has gone through a lot and now he's finally free from that hellhole too. I guess that's why Levi also left him. It was time for Erwin to rest, he had done more than enough.
