thank you for this reminder. I'm honestly not interested in dating yet and the people that have liked me in the past can't seem to understand that just because i'm not ready for that step in our relationship doesn't mean i don't feel the same way. It's really frustrating and emotionally draining and most days i wish i was just planning to lose my virginity to someone i care about rather than waiting for marriage because i feel like such a prude for wanting to keep it to myself when people judge or make fun of me for it.
Just wanna say that you should never feel obligated to have sex with your partner. If you’re not ready, that’s perfectly ok. Do everything when you’re comfortable with doing it. Just because you don’t want to have sex yet doesn’t mean you don’t love and trust your partner. Don’t be afraid to take your time.
