I've read the raws and it all goes well, he does kinda improve in a way, not what I expected but it was okay-ish
Emperor's character development is good which is a lot compared to how he would kill 100s if its in the name of the other guy whose name i forgot... and the violence towards his son is also close to 0 as he considers the other guy's words.
Now reading 12th chapter. But wanna know emperor and his son's relationship will improve in the future ? Pls spoil me
