Where in my comments said that I was okay with Curtis? I prefer Parker. I was not okay with Curtis throwing his children like that either, but if you know anything about snakes and how they treat their babies, this is normal. Once the baby snake hatch, they are on their own. No parent to take care of them. So if Curtis was supposed to have snake behavior, this is pretty accurate. The only reason why he hadn't abandoned the kids sooner was because the MC wanted to keep them.
