From what I understood they never get to see each other again, the story shows you what kind of nightmare Miro has been going on, MC falls in love with a friend and gave up on Miro at the end... He's not dead tho, it seems he just couldn't stay.

I don't think so :/ the epilogue said "end" at the end and MC seems to have completely given up on finding him. [SPOILER] at the last chapter his now bf messaged about meeting I think and at the same time he sees someone similar to Miro in the crowd (I think it's really him) but he decides to turn and go to his bf and not where the crowd is :/ it's kinda bittersweet I guess
