Yes that is correct and I don't get the story plot of what is going to happen he keeps on crying about not be a detective thing people tell him and there's no time when he finds out about the scar he just ignores it completely like the writer couldn't come up with a reason yet
The main similarity is some of the illustrations. The art has a certain style to it, though this one is definitely rougher around the edges. There were also a few scenes (mostly criminal confrontations) that were played out almost the exact same way.
It's just the art style like the uke looks a lot like ayase and the seme too, plus the dudes a mob boss, and the innocent uke, only in this case the seme saves the uke, in okane ga nai, ayase "saved" the guy when he gave him the umbrella

The Uke and Seme in this one are clearly in love but the seme has to much respect to want to tarnish the uke, where as the uke clearly wants to be with the seme!
In Okane Ga Nai, the seme is in love with uke but the uke is so stupid he repeatedly is tricked, raped, kidnapped and doesn't understand why the seme is boiling over with possessive jealous rage because the uke is nearly having an affair with another man who he doesn't even love and can't make up his mind what to do. I'm surprised he can even wipe his own ass he's so stupid.
