I’ve been waiting for this one. Okay so first, every omegaverse have their own rules. Sure there are basic rules such as male omega can get pregnant, heat, rut, bonding and bla-bla-bla. However authors often modify the basic rules for their manga/manhwa. An example would be Love is an illusion, in the bonding experience normally, the alpha has the bite the omega nape during his(the omega) heat. In their omegaverse, the bonding happened without their control (it’s more complicated but lol not in the mood to explain). In the mangas you read, the author decided that everyone can get pregnant, it’s really rare that they choose this setting tho. Lastly for women, in an girlxgirl omegaverse, alpha women can grow their clitoris to make a dick and impregnate other women and male omega. An alpha woman is basically the opposite of a male omega (they grow dicks and m.o have a uterus). Tell me if you don’t understand or if you have more questions :)
I think in omegaverses anyone can get pregnant. It’s just very easy for omegas in heat to get pregnant and harder for betas (and even harder for alphas) but it is possible if they try enough times.
And the women have dicks (like futanari).

I read some mangas where the alphas were able to get pregnant just like the omegas and I found this super confusing?? Also in some other mangas I read the female alphas were able to impregnate another female??? Can someone explain this to me bc I’m out here confused.
