I think he is in coma. You know right about what people said about parallel world? Like in real world, we are the who we are but in parallel world we maybe become somethin or someone else. I think on dongha case is like that. Like sangwoo in real life not the sangwoo he saw in chapter 5 right.

I had read some stories like the same genre. It said that if you are alive in another world that means that you already dead in real life. To alive again in real world you must die in another world that you living. I think this kind of fiction is most in drama or another webtoon i think.
So for starters....I thought this was shounen ai..and second is this gonna be in like a fantasy world I’m genuinely confused
