You can log a support query for help. They're very efficient and if it's something they're capable of fixing then they will.
How do I do that?
I really need to know how to that cuz I’m dying from frustration whenever my comments are not appearing fully ( only a word appears).
So I saw my previous comment and damn I finally confirmed my suspicions. So whenever I post something that may point out somethings about the manga that may be criticized by other readers, for some weird reason, after posting the comment then seeing it again, I always see my comment being “changed??!” Cuz my previous comment is longer than that but now you can only the short version of it.
