I feel sorry for him all the time but then I remembered his dad didn't make him literally murder his brother , attempt to murder MC and threaten to kill his sister <3 that really eases the mind lol like a lot of the fuqed up stuff he did was by him alone

I think he's probably like his mom and is becoming schizophrenic. But still, he should receive treatment and reflect in jail

In his portrayal I see no schizophrenic signs.
No hallucinations, no mood disorganisation.

But do think that he has a mental condition that explains - does not excuse - his numerous and repeated nefarious deeds.

He is calculative, lacks empathy and morals, and exibits manipulative as well as anti-social behavior. -That does not mean he's a hermit, but mostly that he acts in a way that defies social rules (exemple his complete disreafard for others life (murder of his A-hole bro, attempts on patients, latest successful murder; behavioral pattern that his bullying of MC in high school highlights)-.

If I were to diagnose the guy I'd say that he is a psychopath gone bonkers.
Triggered by the toxic behaviours and competitivity that his environnement fed him growing up. It just reemerged uglier than ever with his father's constant verbal abuse. (That just made his obsession for MC turn dark.er?)

He needs a different kind of saving. He should rot in hell for all the sins he committed. He's a psycho, right from the start. Even if he were to be diagnosed with schizophrenia in the future, that doesn't excuse all of his actions, especially since he's been doing those kind of stuff behind everyone's back for literally, YEARS. Whether he have a mental disorder or not, he is still a criminal and a murderer. He, alongside with his father, should pay for their crimes.
