is there a meaning about the butler serving the ml with lemonade?

I think he was supposed to serve lemon TEA not lemonade if I'm mistaken

i think the butler knows cale doesnt like lemon tea bc he doesnt like sour things but still serve it to cale bc he want to see if he say or do something about it.
