Me personally I’m sick to death of love triangles and probably wouldn’t have bothered with this series if it was one, but I’d say no it’s not one. Sooin is in love with the vampire, but his abusive POS ex Sungha still wants him. Sooin, thankfully, no longer has feelings for him so it’s really not a love triangle
