Tachi means seme? I know gong is Chinese (攻) for top but what's tachi
tachi means sword and it's slang for top.

Japan i think. I'm pretty sure japanese uses either terms seme or tachi for tops. Just like how they use uke or nekos for bottoms
It’s Korean slang I believe. It basically describes someone very attractive and perfect in many different ways (such as appearance, wealth, etc.)
I learned about neko/tachi in yaribu and gong/shou in a chinese bl novel^^
