How about Nakyum still cherishing his damn teacher and patiently waiting for his come back? That for sure was the less exciting part of the chapter. I just wanted to shot myself at that part. When will NK finally realize how selfish his teacher is? It seems we're still far from it... After seeing the role In-Hun played in Nakyum tormented childhood at the brothel, I am afraid it will be even more complicated for SH to win NK's affection over In-Hun.
I may be wrong but I think Nakyum was trying there was to not tell Noona the real reason why he didn't want to leave.
If you see, Noona is demanding an explanation on why Nakyum doesn't want to leave... Nakyum tries to use the In Hun motive. Even because that was the original reason why he stayed, he probably felt it was not lying. Deep down Nakyum knows this is not the reason anymore, so much so that Noona herself doesn't believe this could be it for all the reasons she talks back....
Only then Nakyum explains the real motive, it's Seungho. Nakyum was embarrassed and confused and he didn't want to tell this to Noona and I think putting on the teacher was his way out (didn't work with Noona though).
Seungho is rightly hated and chances are great that he will ended up chopping someone's else head until the end but...
Let me just say however that besides Nakyum, there are at least two souls who hold some kind of emotional filter on Seungho who allows them to 'cross' a line and live another day? Jihwa by the way crossed and recrossed and it's even funny how many times Seungho promised a revenge that he never took it.
Then we have this astounding dare from Mr Kim dragging Seungho.
Even more that Seungho was already charged with bloodlust coming from Jihwa's place, Mr Kim couldn't have chosen a more dangerous time to break ranks.
Still, Mr Kim lives. How? It's quite possible he will get a beating. Or maybe not. Either way, I think another revelation of this chapter is that Mr Kim is himself someone who has a certain distinction in Seungho's emotional circle .
Another surprising action from Seungho. In previous times, he would have stormed that room and dragged Noona out. He obviously overheard her telling Nakyum to run away with her. Seungho;s whole life now is about locking Nakyum in his house. His biggest fear is Nakyum running away. His suspicion against Noona turned out to be true: she intends to take Nakyum away. And what does he do?? He turns around and walks away.
How is that not an exciting chapter not only about Nakyum but also about everything that it reveals about Seungho?
