Detective Conan is 1 of my most fav mangas! Haven't read Kuro no Tantei though. But I would highly recommend you this one - http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/detective_academy_q/
It has the potential to even surpass Conan but too bad, it doesn't have the massive amount of chapters like Conan :(
You can also try Kindaichi case files. But I have only watched the anime. Haven't got around to read the manga yet. So not sure about this one. The anime was good but not as awesome as Conan or Detective academy Q both of which have amazing anime AND manga.

Amigo! I also like Conan and Kuro no tantei very much. I think you can try "Q.E.D." and others by the same author (it seems to be dropped but it's really good).
Requirement :
Logical reasoning / deduction
NO SUPERNATURAL / SUPER POWERS
Technology only used for deducting and searching clues and not exaggerating
And it's not too old and have a good drawing
