Oh and in the beginning it was a city setting.
There was no running water and she constantly kept changing locations because of that. During the journey to her parents house in the country side with the people she met along the way. Weird structures started to come up to stop them from moving further to their destination.

Its a Japanese manga. Heres what I remember:
- the MC is girl with pink hair?
- she likes wearing lingerie, she has huge boobs
- In the world everyone just disappeared, and along the way she meets up with a couple and a fat guy, they ride a car so they can reach the pink girls parents house in the country side
- there is a quiet guy that also joined the group but at the end it revealed he was a psychic. He is usually in a deep sleep and occasionally wakes up.
- its revealed in the later chapters that she was unconscious in a hospital and her mom hired a psychic to get her out of an extremely long coma. The psychic was the guy who slept alot in the journey
- in the end it revealed that the world she was living in was between living and death
- its revealed that the group she was riding with was her online friends. They went on a cruise ship? together and her friends died. In the life or death realm they were actually driving her to the point of no return from the living world
- When MC wakes up she started dating the psychic
- its also a smut manga LOLOLOL I also think it was a psychological manga?
