She’s Tia’s mother and the emperor’s mistress lol
Also (cuz its all coming back!!) she completely ignores Tia. And only used Tia to help her son (the emperor child with Tia's mother) rise to the throne. But now Tia is taking power for herself.
Tia and her brother have different fathers. I don't remember what happend to Tia's dad. I assume he died and then Tia's mom latched onto the emperor.
It has been so long that now I forget who the white hair woman in the last panel is and the reason for her to be angry like that? (￣∇￣")
