You're right... it really does look like the Titanic. Oh no, don't tell me the seemingly cute manga has a tragic ending and nobody has noticed. I looked at pictures of the Titanic and there are slight differences... there is still hope.
Although I think it's all just a coincidence, I can assure you that it doesn't have to be the Titanic. All of ocean liner ships are very similar to each other. Even Titanic had two 'twins' - Olympic and Britannic ;)
