I saw a few chapters a ahead and i think they know each other since they were kids but the professor forgot abt candy because of an accident. All he remembers is that he got into an accident and while loosing consciousness he saw a child crying infront on him while his hands were bleeding (which is candy) then when he recovers he got this scar on his leg which he got from the accident and then he met the blond professor (they are still kids i think middle schooler) which he mistaken as candy coz he saw he had the same scar on his hand which reminds him of the child in the accident so he thinks he is the kid. Since then they became friends.

i am so confused, like who is it in the flashbacks, did they know each other as kids? and what about the blond professor, does he have feelings for him or something like that, because they seem a little too close kinda? and i dont get the thing with his dad at all ahah, and all the people trying to kill him because of his dad or? maybe its because english is not my first language so everything is harder for me to understand... please help if u understand ahah
