I'm a Saitama x Genos shipper. My logic is that Saitama, who is much stronger and more badass and also has a nonchalant personality should be seme while Genos, with a kind of innocent puppy-dog personality (yes i see him as a puppy xD hes so cute >_<) should be the uke, but it's up to you to decide who you like on top :P Everyone has different opinions :P I just think it's more logical personailty-wise that Saitama is on top.
On the other hand, I have no idea how sex would work between a cyborg and a human so I don't really see them in a sexual light, more like bromance.....
