Is not omegaverse so basically he was born with a birth defect this is a uterus, so he was always seen as malformed in his father eyes because of it this made him feel less male and not a women for obvious reasons this is the reason why he doesn’t want people knowing because he feels shame for not being a male nor a female, even though he is a male with uterus

Basically he is like a hermaphrodite. He has both male and female sex organs which let him get pregnant (〜￣△￣)〜 And this isn't normal in the story's universe which is why he is shunned by his dad and he also hides this fact from Cheng cuz he doesn't want Cheng to think that he is weird..

Hmm that’s intriguing. I actually work in Gender Medicine. Part of the more recent research has been how gender queer folx feel about preserving fertility. It would be really interesting to see stories like that rather than just omegaverse since there are a ton of socio-cultural challenges that come with living beyond the gender binary. I’d love to shine the light on such experiences through fiction ヾ(☆▽☆)
