The female lead is likeable & strong. The male lead seems like the angriest, most disgruntled man ever, but then when he falls in love with Elise, he shows the sweetest smile ever. Truly, it is a credit to the artist that she can draw such a sweet smile. Also, the medical terminology seem to be very accurate from a layman's perspective. I think the author really did their research. It's amazing. No other manga I read that is focused on medicine has been as detailed.
So, the FL has had an unrequited love for the ML for years, but the ML does not know. They enter a marriage of convenience. I am not exactly fangirling over the FL or ML, but this is a pleasant read, and I would read it again. This webtoon just has this comfortable ambience that I like. I am not sure how to explain it other than that. It is relaxing.
