There's something about the uke getting into trouble and getting kidnapped really satisfies me (prolly since I'm a sadist). I love the whole dude in distress thing and someone coming to their rescue~
So here is a list of manga where the uke gets kidnapped / taken away / gets into some big distress (and the seme probably has to rescue them).
Note: I only put manga that I think are worthwhile to read and/or are really good. Also there will be no doujinshi's included in here.

A little more psychological. At one point the uke of the story's mental state goes down a drain and self harm ensues. The seme saves him at a pivotal moment.
