Everything about this was just so sad. its just so grounded to reality that it makes you think that it's so sad to live in a world where THIS happens

basically the plot of this is that Jiang Wenxu has been in a relationship with He Zhi Shu for more that 14 years. Wenxu has been cheating on MC. MC goes to the doctor and finds one he has an illness. he doesn't tell Wenxu. Wenxu suspects MC is cheating with his doctor. surprise surprise doctor likes MC.
