This one is different from the other mangas here as it isnt really psychological nor is the mc held captive. But it has a similar feel to palace of bardo. Like a b rated version of it. The MC is mute and is brought in as a wife to a very shitty , possessive and abusive ( to previous wives and soon to the mc (?)) gong/seme. The MC is adorable though a bit naive and subbmissive due to his upbringing and lack of education (but my boy has potential). Once again hoping Mc gets away
