Fl gets a heart translaplant from her half sis whom she hated after knowing the fact about her birth so after she dies she makes a deal with god to live for her sis
Ml is also hot and dedicated the story gets better
But tbh I hate the god in the story
It took me approx 7hrs to read it in one go

Fl is an independent lady transmigrated in Korean looking setting (tho there dressing seems Chinese maybe I'm not well versed to identify).
Everything is peaceful except the empror he is a "over grown man baby" (lol I luv this term). I hate his attitude but luv his blushing face.
And the topic of concubines still doesn't fit with me

She don't want to be main character or anything here but she hates the fact that how it's easy for protagonist to be liked by all even if she foolishly smile while the villainess had to work hard for nothing ,, I feel it too,
Doctor/surgeon remember her past life where she was a rude Duke's daughter whose family got executed cuz of her she died in plane crash to wake up in her past life and this time she help other and help gain her family honour with the help of doctrine knowledge
