I do NOT like this story, let's just be clear about this now, but it fits this criteria of this list. Girl dies in our world, but wakes up in another world where she's accused of being a "vampire". She's sold as a slave to an actual vampire. There's so much wrong with this relationship... but people seem to like it so here it is.
This is a fairly typical premise where someone is reincarnated into another world, there's also someone that was transported their. The reincarnated one enter's into a contract marriage/engagement with a duke to get rid of the transmigrated one.
FL transmigrates to anther world via portal and after a lot of things happen ends up married to not one, but TWO emperors (not at the same time), and eventually becomes empress.
