Well, the thing is: too many things to be avaliated. To me, the perfect manga is when it is cute and funny but also has a good storyline not too slow but not too fast too...The characters have to be good and interesting too.
So It's impossible for me to do just one list. This list is for mangas that is too freaking cute.
