Mc has bulimia (which is a serious eating disorder that makes you binge eat and you end up gaining unhealthy amounts of fat) and he gets recommended a rpg-game that stimulates the 5 senses as a treatment plan to stop him from craving food. Things get a bit interesting once he starts unlocking unusual, rare quests inside the game.
