One of the worse versions out there. who is the actual brother of whom? are they marrying between cousins? Why is everybody a princess? i am 60 pages in and nothing is clear. Why is the main empress treating so well the main character? Is she the sister of the mother or a generic aunt?
Also, the character knows everything but hates studying and behaves like a 5 years old when offered lessons?

The usual story but with a general instead of a prime minister and a second prince rather than a seventh. The rest is more or less the same

This time it seems that that the love interest is not a prince? Also the third and sixth prince are fighting for the throne somehow. The story is very confusing and i dropped it at ch. 60ish

This is a bit different. Mother and daughters have been abandoned for a few years and the story starts before they go back to the prime minister house. Also the love interest is the 5th prince this time, and he's the stalker kind. Oh... And the body is 11 so all the love scenes are a bit creepy
the story is decently written and while repetitive it actually makes sense and the fl has actually some brain.
Changes:
This time it is the fl that is crippled (but just for a couple of weeks), while it's not clear if the two princes are related to each other in some ways.

Yeah, ok, it falls in the category pretty well. But it's quite well done and doesn't sound repetitive.
Fl is actually quite smart too
