Here the discarded daughter is fat And there's a gaming element of some kind. All in all it is probably the best version I've read so far. Still stupid and full of bullying, but at least I know which character is which, how they are related to each other, why some things happen...
Here it starts when they are already married and the fmc is time rewinded rather than shipped to the past from the modern world
This is paradoxically the more believable and easier to read without risking my phone in a throw down the toilet rage moment. Perfect if you want to have complexes about any skin problem or imperfection, as a simple (and not very big) spot on the face is apparently an horrendous crime.

On this one for some mysterious reason the mc has an AI that can send any kind of medical equipment reborn with her. Was the AI installed on her body or into her soul? Oh, it also forces her to heal anyone... But only when it's convenient for the plot.
The main story is a bullying sagra, with some fightibg in between.
Another poor doctor isekai'd in this terrible story, terrible dialogues and more horrible character will fill her life with constant bullying
Not the closest to the traditional story, but maybe because of that one of the more enjoyable
