This is a list of titles that have either been touchstones in the development of the BL (using it as an umbrella term for Boys' Love,Shounen Ai,Yaoi,etc.) genre or were written by authors who have been influential to its development in some way. Not an exhaustive list, nor should every title be considered equally influential. This will obviously be a work in progress as I continue to find out more
