Kinda, ML is a (pampered) kid who's attached to and loves his (non blood related) sister/caretaker. After she leaves for college, he puts his plan in motion to get her to come back... that is, failing his classes until his teacher has to call his sister.

The king is connected to MC through her dreams and once she runs away (she finds out she can stop being connected to him if she goes far enough, the connection will stop) and try's to find her like crazy in the future chapters. She manages to escape until dun Dun DUN!! He appears in her dreams again after 5 years!!!

Would recommend Maoujou de oyasumi, it doesnt seem like it but in like later chapters the demon monk turns yandere (spoiler! He makes voodoo dolls of men who interact with the princess, and is even willing to fight his boss the demon king). Romance is pretty one sided so far tho.
