One thing I've noticed since reading shounen ai is that what they lack in the hot sex scenes department (that we all know and love) they make up for it with beautiful characters, amazing storyline, and the ability to make you feel all fluffy and mushy inside. This list includes mangas/manhwas/mahuas under the shounen ai tag that is just absolutely beautiful ( in my personal opinion) so beautiful infact that they need their own list so here it is

Hnnnngggg its so beautiful I love to progression of the story,I lovee the chara development, the art is soo amazing, I love everything abt it (well maybe not everything I don't love how they left everyone hanging with the second couple but I was distracted with the main couple's cuteness it ended up me bothering me as much)
