I didn't know where is author from. But it sounds japanese. Seme and uke is a childhood friends, but he never meet again and it's make uke forget about him, and now they are a student at the same place. They heart changed because of helping each other, and love grow .but because of personal status they can't say that they're love each others . And i hope seme is the tall one
