if you're fine with Ml being adopted into Mc's family, I highly recommend this

it's been on hiatus for a while and I was getting really invested
I'm reading the novel, I'm not going to defend ml but this story is told from mc's pov who is an unreliable narrator, not everything he thinks is true, however ml is indeed an ass to mc
I feel like this has a huge theme of adoption and family, it's pretty good, very wholesome and cute
