A fantasy version of 'Groundhog Day'... (Why is it always the Moirai, why not the Norn or the Morrigan... There are more Fate trios than just the Greek ones)... Anyway, it's a story within a story within a story that finally works itself out when the saintess marries, all for love, the demon king, which off sets the course of the story and pisses off the fates... A fight ensues, surprise spirit saves the day and life, this time, continues without rebooting. Not a bad read.
She's an author of a series the characters aren't happy with, so she's abducted into her own story. Once decided on how, she needs to find a way back to her own world to fix it, but wait, there's more...other characters are doing their own thing and destroying the fictional world, but she's still got to get back to the 'real' world to rectify her mistakes despite she and a prince falling in love. It's cute.
Hm, I'm not sure it's over, but it's a good story, fluffy and stuff with the usual power struggles and a bit of witchiness thrown in. For the end of the story, I think it would be good for those under the reign of the emperor to be informed of his previous cursed condition as it would explain his violence, not excuse, but at least explain and thus explain how he could undergo such a transformation whilst with the heroine...just a thought.
"You are an obsession, you're my obsession - Who do you want me to be to make you sleep with me?"
Because everyone has some depth of obsession in this one... Some of it's cute, some of it's -Holy Effin Shit! Y'all Crazy!- They say love conquers all, but it can sure fuck up everything as well. And that's what this tale is about. Love that fixes and love that fucks it all up... Oh, and demonic contracts. It's alright.
So, she has snippets of memory of a previous life or a sense of familiarity with novels she's read and decides if she's going to be sold off to a tyrant, then at least she can die in style. Only the tyrant takes a liking to her and they hatch a plan. Meanwhile, the author of the novel has ended up in her own work and is hunting to create a harem for herself with all her boys. It's an alright read for what it is, with a strange twist ...
So... She cries... a LOT... but being what she is I suppose that's normal. He's a sociopath, but seeing what he's been through, I suppose that's natural. She forgives him everything, offering him her tears and tenderness at the drop of every hat, and eventually he learns her truth and is gobsmacked and repentant, so they get their happily-ever-after.
Well, there's transmigration/reincarnation, soul swapping repeats, time manipulation and still end with who they were intended/created for or spiritually linked to. It's a wild ride, but cute.
