Hmmmm stories with babies and more babies! --> mythical creatures, yaoi, shounen ai, fantasy, slice of life, etc. I wasn't thinking when I read these stories to list what chapters are involving kids, I just wanted to put it on my list before I forgot about it. Not all of the ones listed have situations involving kids as the main story, but most of the stories are a good read anyway.
