The 9.9 rating is not there for nothing. The standard.
I finished this, and after reading so many, I do think it got boring at times. If you never read one, I think this is an absolute banger of an introduction to Hunter/Awakening Worlds. I started reading at some point mainly for Cha Hae-in.

Mc travels back 13 years after he dies and tries to prepare for the catastrophe that is about to occur in a few years. I feel like the side characters aren't fleshed out well, and the pacing isn't that great.
8/10
Vampires with white hair are the strongest apparently, and mc is hiding her identity as one. Art is super nice and good for killing time. I like the romantic subplot, and it doesn't take away from the story.
8.5/10
Mc has a strange ability and starts off weak because he has never properly trained, but he improves so much. And you see that tabby cat on the cover, another guy gets injured and gets stuck in that cat's body and helps mc out. It is soooo cute, but I am in LOVE with this mc.
8.5/10
Mc wakes up in the body of handsome mc, but when he goes to sleep in handsome mc's body, he wakes up in his original body (same other way around). You have to get past the first few chapters to get invested in this because you're going to hate the mc, but he is going to have one of the greatest character developments I've ever seen.
