In this manhua ,someone like from alpha change to omega is exist n haopened.i mean that's is like the other manga ,so basically this is strongest the manga side.but it's quite don't related in the actual side,bcs if that happened than how about the womb,is it gonna appear by itself when he turn omega from alpha?.
