FL writes a contract w/ ML to help him become the duke's successor if he can provide her safety (tho she tries to solve things on her own as she doesn't want to rely on him). ML gets more possessive of her but FL wants freedom and still plans to leave once this is over (even tho she's still falling for him)

FL transmigrates into a book where she is a dying side-character. She has a strong will to live whilst the ML is just getting by according to his late father's wishes.
