Isekai in a Wuxia world (no magic except Mc).
A successful doctor was reincarnated in a girl with the same name, mixing both memories. While the body spirit owner died, mc promised her to get revenge for her. She also has the ability to access a pharmacy with medecines from our world.
Mc is pretty, strong and super smart. Don't get on her bad side. She is also engaged, and her relationship with her fiance is beautiful (both are dangerous but care for each other). Lots of humour
