Highly rated series series with at least 100 votes that frequently switch ratings between 9.7 and 9.8.
Subject to change as ratings change. Series will be moved back to the Legends main list if the rating goes 9.9 or above; series will be removed altogether if the rating drops to 9.6 or below.
