I was unsure of this. It started out with child marriage. However I decided to give it a chance. It was worth it. Nothing happens romantically at all until she 19 I think. The ML is away until he returns and she's of age. I did not get any romantic implications beforehand whatsoever. I love this story. Great characters, art, plot, and pacing. One of my favs for sure.
Kinda forgot the plot, but I do remember enjoying it. The ML was a breathe of fresh air in terms of the copy and paste I see a lot of!
I binged read this all in like 2 days. I really enjoyed the plot and all the characters. Everything made sense and I was able to follow the story easily. It was so good!
The ML was a cutie. Art was good! Typical northern duke plot. Ending was a tad bit rushed tho.

Really liked this and went in thinking I wouldn't. Def give it a try.
So I liked it enough to read it all the way through. But I did feel it was lacking in a lot. That's all.
