The book (I've been looking for relentlessly for a while now and finally found!) where she's reincarnated and she's harrassed, falsely accused, and framed by the supposed "heroine" and her lackeys. She has an annoying "friend" after her (pursuing her), whom she hates and is trying desperately to get away from and sever all ties with. She seeks out a person who works for a group with "bad people" who all dislike said "friend". She and this second guy (a "villain") fall for each other eventually.
