This list does not include stories with just a setting where more than 1 person likes the main lead. It needs to be that they could end up with any of the love interests.

I made this list mainly because these sorts of stories aren't my thing. Then, I'll know to stay clear of them/read them with caution and may trigger me.

However, this is also meant for those who DO like these kinda stories and struggle to find them (since they are less common than stories where the main lead is monogamous).
