Okay so it’s a Chinese Quick transmigration novel adaptation not all arcs have obsessive ml just the first one. I personally didn’t enjoy this novel as it’s kinda bland for my taste.
Not the ml (he is a sweetheart) but mc’s stepbrother. Mc lives in countryside his father kick him out (stepbrother is the reason). Stepbrother is obsessed with mc because obviously mc was nice to him when he was young (don’t worry they are not real step brothers).
Do prepare tissue box ending is sad as fuck (not the mc and ml ending).
Mc’s father past is also very sad (still hate him tho)
